Anyone planning to dig must first call Miss Utility. IT'S THE LAW! This service is free and ANEC will be notified of your proposed plans and will locate and mark all of our underground facilities. By calling Miss Utility, you will be able to dig safely without endangering the lives of you or anyone working with you.
